Mediation Fee
Half-day mediations are billed at $950.00 per party. All parties represented by the same attorney or law firm are considered a single "party".
Full-day mediations are billed at $2,000.00 per party. All parties represented by the same attorney or law firm are considered a single "party".
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted by email at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled mediation. To preserve neutrality, all parties are billed equally for their respective portion of the fee, regardless of which party initiates the cancellation or the reason for it. This policy applies even if the matter settles, is rescheduled, or one party remains willing to proceed.
